Brian Fenerty is the Director of Talos-Asia, located in Shanghai he is responsible for the development and execution of solutions developed with the Tal-os Asia suite of products.

Tal-os Asia provides professional outsourced human resource services. Tal-os (talent outsourced) was created to provide volume recruitment and RPO delivery to our partners and clients. At Tal-os Asia Brian focuses on cost effective recruiting platforms and candidate pipelines for firms with a need for scaleable talent initiatives.  

Brian began his recruiting career in Tokyo, Japan in 1994 and has worked in primarily candidate driven markets ever since. He has worked in Japan, Chile, the United States, and China. Brian has worked in the field with both start-ups and established firms around the globe and is most at home in a candidate driven and highly competitive market place.

Brian is deeply interested in the recruiting process and is a lifelong learner in the field. He contributes to the online information available in the topic of recruiting in China and actively participates in training at MRI. Speaking and writing on the subject of recruiting is second to his interest in the process and procedures involved and his work is his passion.

Brian is active in the professional communities in which he lives and is currently Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce, Shanghai Human Resources Committee and leads its Outsourcing Workgroup.

Brian is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Certificate in East Asian Studies. Go Panthers! He is active in the communities in which he works and currently volunteers his time to Half The Sky Foundation in China.
