Trevor Sunderland is Managing Director of Talent Market Research for Tal-os Asia.

Talent Market Research is Tal-os’s leading-edge research and analysis tool geared towards micro-analysing a particular industry or market segment, identifying top talent, or ‘impact players,’ with a view to subsequently recruiting this professional talent upon client instruction.

Prior to joining MRI Worldwide Hong Kong Trevor spent approximately 10 years with Ernst & Young and KPMG; where he held Director-level posts within their respective Hong Kong and PRC human resources consulting practices.

Trevor has also held the post of Managing Partner at Hong Kong Executive Search and the position of Manager, Permanent and Executive Recruitment with Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited.

He is a member of several human resource and compensation and benefits panels and is a regular contributor to the South China Morning Post Classified Posts.
