Kathy Liao is the project director at Tal-os Asia, specialising in project management and recruitment consulting. Currently she is leading a team of 14 in Shanghai and remotely manages a re-sourcing team in Chengdu focusing on volume hire projects.

Kathy's experience in recruitment began with a renowned international recruitment company in 2003, where she served as a Managing Consultant specialising in recruiting professionals for MNCs in the FMCG industry. She was the 2004 Asia Young Talent Award winner with over 50 annual successful placements.

She also was the first employee of an international RPO firm, setting up its first China project for a world leading Technology Company. Before becoming a recruitment expert, Kathy was a Procter and Gamble Management Trainee in sales and marketing.

She is a graduate from one of the most reputable universities in China with a BA majoring in English Language and Literature and minor in International Commerce.
