Clara Chen is the Resourcing Manager of Tal-os Asia based in Shanghai. She has been working for a big RPO client for over 14 months, and building the project team to 14 fulltime staff. At Tal-os Asia, Clara is responsible for project process management, operations management, and client communications of the key account as well.

Prior joining Tal-os Asia, Clara was the Head of Fundamental Research Team of the MRI China Group. Her role was to train and cultivate junior researchers within MRI, to support delivery of candidates for all practices across the group.

Clara joined MRI China in June 2004 as a Senior Researcher and has been working closely with different practices across MRI China, such as IT, chemical, pharmaceutical, industrial and banking, etc.

Later she was promoted to a Search Consultant, when she has successfully handled large recruitment projects for Alstom, Microsoft and HSBC.
