Miranda Thang is the Project Manager for Tal-os Asia and is responsible for leading and project managing RPO solutions in HK and Macau.

Prior to Tal-os Asia, Miranda spent 16 months with Talent2 in Hong Kong as a Senior Consultant in the Managed Services (RPO) business. She was responsible for overseeing and managing the project for the Crown Macau which achieved over 4000 hires over 12 months. Miranda was also seconded to Macao Studio City (MSC) as Acting Director of HR while MSC was in the process to hire their VP of HR. In addition, she completed a volume pilot project with HSBC to hire over 300 call-centre staff within a 3-month period.

Prior to Talent2, Miranda was a senior recruiter hiring front- and back-office roles including senior positions for major investment banks such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, UBS, Macquarie Bank etc.

From 2003 – 2005, Miranda  implemented a hospitality recruitment programme for HK Tourism Board, where she hired over 200 staff annually to work as interns with hospitality industry partners such as 5-star hotels, airlines, museums, major attractions and tourism associations.

Miranda started her career in the financial sector with Morgan Stanley where she worked as a Manager.

She holds a bachelor degree in Economic and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
